You are invited to apply for our 2010 Festival on the Trails, a celebration of Gardner’s rich history. Our festival is a one day event with beautiful art, fantastic music, a car show, great food, inflatable’s for the kids, and lots of fun for the whole family. Our Main Stage Act for Saturday night is expected to be a hit with the music lovers’ crowd, drawing at least 10,000 strong.
We hope you will come and help us celebrate our history and culture on Saturday, June 12.
Artists’ Perks
All exhibits are in enclosed buildings with 12 x 12 exhibit space, designated parking area, designated set up times, and volunteers to watch your exhibit for breaks and lunch. Complimentary breakfast will be provided on Saturday, along with water throughout the event.

Security, Liability, and Taxes
All exhibits will be inside. The buildings will be locked at 9 PM on Friday night and unlocked at 7 AM on Saturday. Each artist exhibits at his/her own risk. The Festival on the Trails and Art Fair is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of an artist’s work.
Each artist is responsible for charging and collecting applicable sales taxes for the State of Kansas.
Exhibitor Standards
No dealers or reps are permitted. All work must be of original design. Reproductions of the artist’s original work are allowed in moderation. Exhibitors must furnish all necessary display equipment, maintain and attend his/her exhibit area. Artwork left overnight is at the discretion of the artist. Parking and unloading for the event is provided in designated areas.
Lighting
Electricity will be available at a limited number of booths. Artists must provide their own 3 prong-14 gauge connections as well as coiled fluorescent lighting.
