The Festival on the Trails is in it's fifth year in downtown Gardner Kansas. Gardner has a rich history of events that attract area families.   Located in Johnson County, Gardner enjoys being situated in one of the top ten income counties in the nation.

The ART & CRAFT SHOW portion of the Festival will be held inside the 4H building and surrounding outside areas. Artists and Crafters designated parking is adjacent to the the 4H building.

Artists and Crafters show time is noon to 9 p.m. and all vendors should be setup between 7 a.m. and 11 a.m. to open for business by noon until approximately 9 p.m. 

Each booth is 10 by 10 with and without electricity. In an effort to insure maximum exposure booth spaces will be limited to 36 inside and 40 outside.  Electricity will be available for booths inside the building only.   Artists must supply own display and/or tent. 

Anticipated attendances is 5,000 - 7,000.

Applications are due by May 15th with full non refundable payment of $75.00 outside, $100.00 inside.
